Lone Birch Only

$200.00 per week, per person

13% Harmonized Tax (HST) applies on all sales.
Prices are quoted in Canadian Funds. Please see invoice for USD exchange rates.
CHECK IN 1:00PM SATURDAY
CHECK OUT BY 10:00AM SATURDAY
Please be respectful of check out times so cottages can be properly cleaned before the next guests arrive.
Trash & Recycling
Pick up is on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.
Please crush any American cans/plastics when possible & do not put garbage inside your beer bottles – Canadian alcohol cans/bottles can be returned, so please do not crush.
Bill Payment
Bills can be paid at the Main House: Tuesday or Thursday from 10:00AM-Noon
We accept cash, check, or e-transfer. All checks should be made out to Michael Dorsey.
Guest Information
Please be sure you fill out our contact form and questionnaire this year at check out, we want to ensure we have accurate information for our website, e-newsletters, The List, and mail correspondences.
NEW PET POLICY
As of 2025 all pets will need to be pre-approved by management. Please email: LloydsCottages454@gmail.com with inquiries.
If a pet is brought without approval, a $250.00 fee per pet, per week will be added to your bill.
We are asking that ALL guests, pets or no pets, sign and return the form. Returning the form is a requirement in addition to getting pre-approval for your pets for this season. Please be sure to email us before your stay if you would like to bring a pet.
