Kevin, a first time guest at Lloyd's Cottages, wins this year's 'prestigious' award by being number one on "The List" with a 4 lb 11 oz Smallmouth.  He also made "The List" with a 3 lb 6 oz Largemouth and a 3 lb 5 oz Largemouth.
Husband and wife, Jim and Suzanne were second and third place with a 4 lb 7 oz Smallmouth and
a 4 lb 3 oz Largemouth respectively.

Jared is an avid fisherman and on his first visit with us really enjoyed catching this 3 lb 15 oz Largemouth.
Greg boated this 3 lb 10 oz Bass on one of his fishing trips to the lake this summer.
Burt with a 3 lb 8 oz, Mike with a 3 lb 7 oz, and Bruce with a 3 lb 6 oz are all regular, long time guests at Lloyd's Cottages.  They all love the challenge of trying to make "The List" every year,
Brothers, Eric and Tom, had a good week. Eric's 3 lb 6 oz Largemouth just barely beat Tom's 3 lb 5 oz Largemouth.  However, Tom also caught a
3 lb 0 oz Smallmouth so we are not sure who won the challenge.
Adam had a great time fishing with his Dad, Rich, and his grandfather for the week. Adam caught a 3 lb 5 oz Largemouth and Rich just made the cutoff with a 3 lb 0 oz Largemouth.
Mike always manages to make the list at least once.  He fishes hard and enjoys being out on the lake.  This year he brought in this 3 lb 4 oz Largemouth.
Fred caught a 3 lb 4 oz Smallmouth this year to make sure his record of "making the list" stayed intact.
Matt, with the help of Luke, shows off his 3 lb 2 oz Largemouth.
Finn, only 12 years old, has quite a story to tell,  He caught this 3 lb 3 oz Largemouth just on a little hook with a worm.  He had no net.  So he sent his brother to get his mother and grandmother and they "trolled" the fish along the shoreline in their little blow up boat.  Once Ed was alerted to the catch, he ran down to make sure the "official" weigh in happened.
Doug brought in this very nice 3 lb 0 oz Smallmouth this year.
Christine tried to beat her husbands'
2 fish but her 3 lb 2 oz Largemouth is still a great catch.
McKenna shows off her 3 lb 1 oz Largemouth and then helped her brother, Kellen, with his 3 lb 1 oz Largemouth.  They both love fishing and spend lots of time at this sport.
Nathan was thrilled with this really nice 3 lb 1 oz Smallmouth.  Good for you Nathan.
Finn's weigh in with the help of his mother and brother, Gabe.
Although we do not "reward" those who catch Pike by having a "List" for them, we do enjoy the company of the guests who fish for them and are always happy when they bring in some good ones.
Marge "won" their contest this year with a 29 1/2 inch Pike.  Laurie looks on.

Marty showed off her pike obviously caught on a chilly June morning.
Sandy and Ruth also caught some nice looking Pike.  They love the fight these fish give and love spending a week with us in June just for Pike fishing.
We practice "catch and release" all summer but on the Opening day of Bass season, we just have to have a Fish Fry and enjoy the delicious taste of fresh caught Bass.  All of our teenagers have learned the fine art of cleaning the fish.
Brian keeps the cleaners supplied with the fish.  Michael, Steven, Nathan, Rebecca and Jena clean the fish.  Megan and Alaina wash the filets and make sure that there are no bones.  A definite team effort!
The boys gather round to watch Jared's weigh in.
